Stephen is the Founder of inspirAction.ca - an organization that inspires people to Lead with Intent so that together we can create more fulfillment. Stephen speaks, coaches, guides, advises, facilitates, writes and produces content on leadership, purpose and relationship development. He is the co-host of the Start With Why Podcast, is CTI trained and a graduate from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Camp has been one of the most influential places for Stephen's development. He spent 11 summers at Camp White Pine, 6 of those years as a water ski staff and program leader. Now, Stephen visits camp to speak, train and consult with the purpose to grow leaders. Stephen has taken his corporate experiences with Knightsbridge Leadership Solutions, Suncor Energy and Ernst & Young Advisory to pursue his passions for purpose, leadership development and strategy. He also volunteers with the Board of Directors and in the youth leadership development programs of Future Possibilities for Kids.
