Virtual Tri-State brings the great educational content of the Tri-State CAMP Conference right to your door. There are two Virtual Tri-State sessions left. Join the audience at Tri-State for our two keynote address which will be streamed live for virtual Tri-State attendees. Virtual Tri-State is a convenient and cost-effective way to meet your education needs and enhance your career. If you missed the November webinar with last year’s Keynote Shawn Achor, we have two more great webinars in January. These webinars are free to those who have registered for the Tri State CAMP Conference. For those who have not yet registered, the webinars are $150 for up to five people to attend and $10 for each additional person.

This session will focus on what the research really says about summer learning loss and the important historical role camps have played in American education for generations. Learn how the current reform climate presents more opportunities than challenges when it comes to marketing camp as a solution for how kids spend their summers.

He is also the former Assistant Deputy Secretary of Education, before which he served as the founder of the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN), a national education organization bringing together lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) and straight teachers, parents, students, and community members who want to end anti-LGBT bias.
