Unlike other camp search sites, which lists thousands of summer programs, Search For A Camp includes only ACA accredited camps from Pennsylvania to Maine. ACA-Accreditation is a parent’s best evidence of a camp’s commitment to health and safety. When you register on the site, we will e-mail you a list of customized camps based on your needs and those that best fit your child. By registering with Search for a Camp, you can search for a day or overnight camps that fit your unique criteria. Search by price range, session length, specialty or location. Whether you're creating your own camp list through Search For A Camp, looking through the customized list of camps we created specifically for you or you have already narrowed your search to a few camps and have some questions, our Camper Placement professionals are only an email or call away. Our Camper Placement Specialists will not pressure you to pick a camp but can advise you on how best to find the right program for your child. Whether you need some initial input or confirmation of your choice, we're there to help. We don't simply send you a stack of DVDS, a generic list of camps and leave you to "figure it out for yourself." We're there with you every step of the way.
Once you've selected the camps that interest you, we'll arrange for each camp to provide you with its promotional materials. We will also guide you on what questions to ask the director, how to tour camps and getting feedback from other camp families.
