	The 2012 Joe Kruger Conference will focus on &ldquo;<strong>Today&rsquo;s Tweens, Teens and Everything in Between</strong>.&rdquo; Through expert speaker presentations and experiential discussions with other camp professionals, spend the day focused on the challenges and rewards of working with <strong>11 to 16 year olds at camp</strong>. Our conference will address the good, bad, and ugly of Tweens and Teens development, socialization, and overall success in our camp settings.

	&bull; Tween and Teens Community: Friendships, Social Groups, and Relationships &ndash; <strong>Scott McGrath</strong> 
 
	&bull; Sexual Identity, Behavior and Development &ndash; <strong>Ethan Schafer</strong> 
 
	&bull; Connection and Disconnection for Tweens and Teens &ndash; <strong>Jess Weiner</strong> 
 
	&bull; Crossing the Line: When Tween and Teen Behavior becomes Unhealthy &ndash; <strong>Ethan Schafer</strong> 
 
	&bull; Working Successful with Tweens and Teens: a Guide for directors, leadership staff, and our biggest teens, our cabin staff &ndash; <strong>Scott McGrath</strong> 
 
	&bull; Creating and Maintaining Dynamic Programs for Tweens and Teens and how do you use those programs for recruitment and retention &ndash; <strong>Liberty Lake Day Camp, Brant Lake Camp, Rockwood Adventures Teen Travel, and Trails End</strong> 
 
	&bull; <strong>PLUS:</strong> Opportunities to discuss your camp&rsquo;s real life tween and teen challenges, concerns, policies, and successes with other camp professionals dealing with similar issues! 
 
	 
 
	$75 for ACA members, $95 for non-ACA members 
 
	The Joe Kruger Youth Development Conference will be held at the Clinton Inn Hotel in Tenafly, New Jersey.
